Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the access and use of systems and services developed by GRFgraph Intelligent Systems, including, but not limited to, SaaS systems, mobile applications, custom software, and web platforms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or contracting our services, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to all conditions described herein. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and GRFgraph. We recommend that you read this document carefully before using our systems.

2. Permitted Use

Our systems must be used only for lawful purposes and according to their original purpose. It is permitted:

• Use the systems for business process management
• Access functionalities according to your contracted plan
• Store and process data related to your business

It is expressly prohibited:

• Improper use or for illegal activities
• Copy, reproduction, or reverse engineering of the system
• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or unauthorized access
• Sharing access credentials with third parties
• Use that may harm other users or infrastructure

3. User Responsibility

The user is fully responsible for:

• The veracity and accuracy of information entered into the system
• The proper and secure use of their access credentials
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and access data
• Any activity performed on their account
• The content of data stored in their account

In case of improper use or suspicion of unauthorized access, the user must immediately notify GRFgraph.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, source code, functionalities, trademarks, logos, and other elements of the systems are the exclusive property of GRFgraph or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws and copyright.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, or commercial use without express written authorization from GRFgraph is prohibited.

Data entered by the user remains their property, with GRFgraph being responsible only for storage and processing as agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

GRFgraph is not responsible for:

• Damages resulting from improper use of the system by the user
• External failures, such as unstable internet connections or third-party infrastructure problems
• Data loss resulting from the user's own actions
• Decisions made based on information generated by the system

GRFgraph commits to keeping systems operational and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, reserving the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance.

6. Availability and Maintenance

Although we strive to keep systems available 24/7, interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. GRFgraph commits to:

• Notify about scheduled maintenance when possible
• Perform regular data backups
• Keep security systems updated
• Provide technical support according to the contracted plan

7. Changes to Terms

GRFgraph reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, publishing the new version on this page. Significant changes will be communicated to users through available communication channels.

Continued use of services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of services at any time, according to the conditions of the service provision contract. GRFgraph reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian laws. Any dispute will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Belo Horizonte, State of Minas Gerais, with the parties waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
